By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as a winner, the Promoter may publish their first name and general location (e.g. town/city) across Hunt & Brew's owned social and web channels, for the purpose of verifying the promotion was run fairly and transparently, in line with ASA CAP Code requirements. Entrants who do not wish for this information to be published following a win may object by notifying the Promoter within 48 hours of confirming their win, and the Promoter will instead publish the win anonymously (e.g. "Winner #1") while still fulfilling the prize.

  • If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical difficulties, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law and to treating entrants fairly.
