Hunt & Brew "Signs of a Hunt" Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter is Brownes Foods Operations Pty Limited trading as Brownes Dairy (ABN 60 146 849 881) of 22 Geddes Street, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agents, or agencies directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entrants must hold a valid email address or social media account to be eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 3:00pm AWST on Friday 28 August 2026 and ends at 23:59 hrs AWST on Friday 4th September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow @huntandbrew (on either Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

  2. Like the original giveaway reel post on the platform

  3. Guess what has happened from the images on the relevant social platforms

  4. Tag a friend(s) you’d go on the hunt with.

Limit: one (1) entry per person. One person cannot enter on multiple platforms.

Incomplete, ineligible, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Game of Chance

This promotion is a Game of Chance. A valid entry does not guarantee winning.

The draw will take place at 12:00pm AWST on Monday 7 September 2026 at Brownes Dairy, 22 Geddes Street, Balcatta WA 6021. Three winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries using a computerised random selection process.

6. Prizes

Prize: One carton of Hunt & Brew valued at AUD 40 per winner.

There are only 3 prizes across all platforms. Total value of AUD 120.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery

The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on the platform they entered no later than Friday 11 September 2026.

The Promoter will arrange with the winner details for prize collection.

If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 21 September 2026.

8. Verification

The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical difficulties, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from entry or prize acceptance.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of conducting the promotion and may be disclosed to third parties for prize fulfilment.

11. Publicity

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry (if relevant) for promotional purposes without payment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
